Community Impact Program (CIP)

In an important effort to offer essential life and business coaching to low-resourced Latinas, Level Up Latina, LLC (LUL) provides companies and our community an option to sponsor coaching through our Community Impact Program, a one-of-a-kind program designed to provide free career coaching to low-income candidates.

Corporate partners who care about increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workforce can do so by investing in this vital program. Any Community Impact Program sponsorship beginning at $500 USD provides three coaching sessions to low-resourced Latinas pursuing significant career elevation and progress. Or start small and donate any dollar amount to fund the LUL intern scholarship program offering young women the chance to gain first-time real world work experience as interns of Level Up Latina, LLC.

Community members and individuals interested in providing a contribution to this program are welcomed to do so at any time.

Level Up Latina, LLC is seeking sponsorships and partnerships with organizations, companies and brands, big or small, that align with our company values. Your sponsorship will allow us to continue to provide accessible coaching services for women wanting to level up their career pursuits, motherhood experience, financial literacy, and self-care habits.

It will also allow us to continue to produce our weekly episode of The Level Up Latina Podcast. Through our weekly podcast we have been able to share our stories which have resonated with many of our listeners based off of the feedback we have received. In each episode, we discuss real-life topics affecting Latina women. We speak from the heart and keep it real. Discussions range from topics that are taboo in the Latino community to guilt or imposter syndrome faced by first-generation Latinas. Thanks to our platform, we connect with these women and turn them to our vision of a guilt-free evolution.
